St. George

We went to St. George and had SO much fun! I loved being with the Dave, the kids and relaxing.
We took a bike ride to the park. It was a little longer than expected but, the kids were real troopers! Ben was so cute in his seat, he would scratch my back as we rode along.

On our way back from the park we rode through a SWAT raid. Dave and I tried ignore the men in vests with large guns outside a home as we passed so the kids wouldn't get nervous. Don't they block off the street for that sort of thing?

We took the kids out to my favorite state park, Snow Canyon. We tried to play in the sand dunes but the wind was blowing.

We hiked on the rocks in the park for awhile. This is something I loved to do as a child but was so nervous to have my kids experience.
We went to a local park a couple of times. It has a lot of unique structures for the kids and Dave to play on.

Dave is such a great Dad. He plays on everything with the kids and never stops smiling. I love to watch them all laughing together.

Samantha was her fishy self and Will made great progress in his swimming. Ben likes to walk right to the edge of the pool or hot tub and then look down. Dave says he is the only child he is going to have to go in after!

We took the kids downtown to play in the fountain and little river the city has. If only we had this sprinkler at our house for them to play in!

The fun center was also part of our get away. The kids got to drive the cars all by themselves for the first time. They enjoyed the freedom but didn't like that they were really slow.

Poor Ben was not tall enough to drive or even ride. He tried so hard to get in those cars.

Dave and I took Samantha and Will in the bigger cars so they could go a little faster.

We took in a round of golf McLay family style, miniature.

We had a great time and did not want to come home.

Dang that looks like a lot of fun. I wouldn't want to come home either! There's lots of fun stuff to do there. Cute pictures...poor Ben outside the race track. That was way cute!
